INTU FR MASTIC firestop acrylic sealant is an intumescent compound that expands under fire conditions, sealing openings around installations and creating a barrier that ensures the partition maintains integrity and insulation performance up to EI 240.

Application

INTU FR MASTIC acrylic compound is designed for fire protection of metal pipes and cables in walls and ceilings.

Rigid walls

The wall should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, solid hollow or grid brick, with a density of not less than 600 kg/m³.

Rigid floor

The floor should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete or reinforced concrete with a density of not less than 1700 kg/m³.

Transport and storage

Transport and store in a dry and cool place at + 5°C to + 35°C.

Shelf life for 310 ml capacity: 24 months from the production date on the packaging
Useful life for 600 ml: 18 months from the production date on the packaging
