Application

INTU FR COAT A paint and INTU FR BOARD A are designed for fire protection of metal pipe penetrations in walls and ceilings and as protection of uninsulated metal pipes and cable penetrations in combination with INTU FR COAT I intumescent paint.

Prone walls

The wall should be at least 125 mm thick. It should be constructed with a minimum of two gypsum boards lining both sides.

Rigid walls

The wall should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete or masonry units with a density of not less than 600 kg/m3.

Rigid floor

The floor should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, with a density of not less than 1700 kg/m3.

Transport and storage

Transport and store (in original and unopened packaging) in a safe, dry place at +5°C to +35°C.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
