🔴 INTU FR COLLAR – solution for standard conditions
It is a rigid steel structure equipped with a clamping closure and mounting brackets.
✅ Ideal for typical situations: the pipe passes perpendicularly through a partition (wall/ceiling) with sufficient installation space around it.
✅ Available in specific diameters – ready to use without additional cutting or shaping.
✅ Mainly designed for protecting combustible pipes.
🔵 INTU FR COLLAR L SLIM – solution for non-standard conditions
This is a ‘roll-out’ collar – a flexible system that can be adjusted on site.
✅ Works well where there is no room for a classic collar – e.g. in corners, tight shafts, unusual angles of passages or on bent pipes.
✅ Can be cut to the required length to protect pipes with unusual diameters.
✅ Can also be used to protect cables and pipes installed at an angle.
Both collars are based on highly reactive intumescent materials – they expand repeatedly at fire temperatures, effectively closing the space and restoring the fire resistance of the partition.
